Grass Fed Beef For Sale

What sets up apart

First and foremost our Breed. American Aberdeens (Lowline Angus) are the ORIGINAL ANGUS. There are NO miniature genes. Muscle fibers are smaller, making the beef more tender than other breeds. "They have excellent taste, texture and tenderness beef characteristics and exceptional ribeye area per hundred pounds of body weight which translates to very high yielding, high quality, high value beef carcasses. " (American Aberdeen Association) We pride ourself on being USDA Verified (certified if processed in USDA inspected packing house). Our beef are bred, born, weaned, and finished out on our own place. Our vaccination schedule is certified ALL NATURAL. We have gone to great lengths to make sure our beef has a stress free, the way nature intended life. We take the husbandtry of our herd extremely serious and practice rotational grazing ensuring our land is never over grazed and our grass is of the highest quality. During winter months when grazing is not an option and nutrion of grass is at its worse we make sure to purchase only the highest quality alfalfa, cane, & grass hay. We are strong believers in a strong mineral and salt program. We have successfuly got our mineral approved through our Grass Fed Verification. What truly makes our grass fed beef incredibly tender, highly marbling ,and exploding with flavor is our "secret weapon" ROLLED PEAS!! We have been approved the use of finishing our cattle on native grass and a small amount of rolled peas. These peas are grown locally, come straight from the field at harvest time, no chemicals are used, our own bees help pollinate these fields, and there is no such thing as a GMO pea! Peas are a legume which means they are NOT GRAIN. They are incredibly high in protein and our cattle absolutely love them!
